Sangam, a film directed by Raj Kapoor was released in 1964.Only Raj Kapoor could get such a idea of combinig the stories of “Dharm-Veer” and “Ranja- Jheer” and taking the crucial emotion out of it. 

In this film he shows a love triangle and that two between the best of friends. Story is tragic and touches the heart like pin over balloon.

Overall, its music is given by Shankar Jaikishan which is totally fantastic.



Due to such a facinating combo of songs and story this movie is now also the first choice of many.
