Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge was among the most famous films of Yash Chopra. Directed by Aditya Chopra and released in the year 1995.
 
The movie  stars Shahrukh Khan, Kajol, and Amrish Puri.
The film is a true Hindi bollywood romantic showing the love spirit and understanding between two whole hearted loving couples. Sharukh brings the real spirit of his character alive. The chemistry of Kajol and Sharukh  rocked the audience. 
Music of the movie is given by Jatin Latit and songs are sung by Lata Mangeshkar,Udit Narayan and Kumar Sanu.Songs of film are outstanding and especially the song,” Mehendi Laga Ke Rakhna……….” throbbed the heart. This song is now even played in the weddings of many.
 
Overall, the movie was a blast at Box Office and was ont of the biggest running film in Indian Cinemas.
