Meri Jung was directed by Subhash Ghai in the year 1985.
 
The film stars Anil Kapoor, Meenakshi Sheshadri, Nutan, Amrish Puri, Javed Jaffrey ( in his debut film), A. K. Hangal, Iftekhar, Kushboo and Parikshat Sahni.Anil Kapoor’s acting in this film is awesome. The movie has a inspiring story with a emotional touch.Chemistry between Anil Kapoor and Meenakshi Sheshadri  is very good.Above, all the film has many good songs.
 
Music of the movie is given by Laxmikant Pyarelal.The music of this film is more than just good, specially the theme song, “Zindagi har qadam ik nai jang hai.” which is yet another spellbinding creation of Laxmikant- payarelal duo.
