Rocky was directed by Sunil Dutt in the year 1981.

The movie stars Sanjay Dutt, Reena Roy, Tina Munim, Amjad Khan, Raakhee Gulzar, and Shakti Kapoor.Though the film was good but recieved only a single nomination, that was for Best Supporting Actress, Aruna Irani. 

In this movie Shammi Kapoor jugdes the dance perfomance of Sanjay Dutt and Reena Roy who are competing against Shakti Kapoor and Tina Munimum on the songs, ” Aa Dekhe Zara”. This film was released only after few weeks of death of Sunil Dutt’s wife, Nargis.

Music is given by  R.D Burman.

Overall, film was semi hit with some good songs.
