Yami Gautam is a model, Bollywood film actress and television star. She used to appear even in TV commercials like Ye Pyar Na Hoga Kam and Chand Ke Paar Chalo etc. Yami Gautam first movie was a Kannada film, Ullasa Utsaha. Later she also appeared in Bollywood film Vicky Donor against Ayushmaa Khurrana. Vicky Donor was a huge success and made Yami Gautam quite popular.

Yami Gautam was born on 28 November, 1988. Yami was born to Mukesh Gautam. Mukesh usedto work in Zee news channel as a coordinator. Earlier, she aspired to join Indian Administrative Services, but later at the age of 20 she dropped studies and chose acting as her profession. She was a law graduate.
