Anushka Shetty Biography

Anushka Shetty is an actress who works in South Indian films. She has played significant roles in many Tamil and Telugu movies. Anushka Shetty is widely known for her role of a titular character in the movie Arundhati released in the year 2009. And also for her role of Saroja in the movie Vedam which was released in 2010. Anushka Shetty made her entry into the film industry with her first Telugu film Super released in 2005. Her first Tamil movie was Renudu (2006). After these films her career grew and she got allot of fame. She won two CineMaa Awards, two Filmfare Awards and one Nandi award. She is a renowned actress.

Anushka Shetty was born on 7 November, 1981 in Mangalore, Karnataka. She is also by name Sweety Shetty. She did her graduation in Computer Application from Bangalore. And she also learnt yoga from Guru Bharat Thakur.
